Refund Policy – 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our products with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a refund, even if the bottle has been opened and used.

How to request a refund
Just email us at support@orlithia.com with your order number and a short note about your request. We'll take care of the rest and reply within 2 business days.

Free returns
Returns are completely free. If we need the item sent back, we'll provide everything you need at no cost to you. Opened and unopened bottles are both accepted.

Sale items and bundles
Our guarantee applies to all orders, including discounted items and multi-bottle packages.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time, email us and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds
We'll let you know as soon as your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow some extra time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@orlithia.com.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
